Every Thurs Yoga and meditation 4:30 am with yogi tea.

I'm so tickled in my soul to have found you, like me, an LDS woman drawn to ancient ways and truths. I've pushed the 'pause' button on religion, but not my faith, as I navigate this, and it's not comfortable, so I keep seeking truth. I feel your words align all I've learned in my life, like putting together a puzzle. Thank you. Anyway, I'd love to learn Kundalini Yoga from you.
